Thanks for the website Minxy, I've sent in my details as I think I'll give cloth another try (gave it a go a couple of months ago but I was just weaning Olivia then and had so much washing from that so couldn't cope with nappies as well!)

Thanks for the links have registered and will send of for the other one. I have a question though, how absorbant are these compared to disposables? I am especially thinking of overnight here at the moment I do a nappie change at 11:30 and then again at 7:30. Will this be OK with real nappies?

I'm still learning myself and haven't cracked this night-time lark just yet.

Jo suggested 'boosters' to make them thicker (could be terry nappy, pre-fold or special booster panel)

If you get into it though, There are special thick night time nappies or I'm going to try the 'pocket' type which can be stuffed with as much extra padding as needed.

i never got on with reuseables i found them too bulky, difficult to get on quickly especially if they were moving around, and they leaked alot.
Sorry to be negative - but i'm now a disposable mum much to my shame

Its only the last few months i have had Jack in cloth, and i know exactly where you are coming from with the quick chnges

I had Jack in disposables all last week as he had a upset tummy aswell as teething and the amount i would have gone through was just out of this world
I was changing him maybe 10 times aday

hey, was just wondering if anyone has received there nappy yet (the little lamb one)? i sent off for mine yesterday, and was just wondering if anyone knew how quickly (or not) the come.

hey girls just an update. is sent off for my little lamb sample on sat 28th and got it this morning (wed 1st) so they deliver it really fast. it also comes with loads of info about the nappies & company, well worth the £1.27 i'd say!

I got mine today too! I'm impressed with how thick it seems, and the fleece liner is SOOO soft What a bargain!
