Hi there,
I'd just like to draw your attention to Foresight Vitamins. I lost an ovary and 1/3 and a tube and after taking these was super fertile....
I am not great with computers so cannot make a link but just google Foresight vitamins and read all about them for yourself. They are not expensive and seem to really work. Worth a try quote from one of their websites

"It's all about having babies. We tried for nearly four years but kept having miscarriage after miscarriage. But with Foresight's sensible advice, guidance from our Practitioner and some simple adjustments to our diets and routines, we finally had a healthy 9lb boy. If you want a baby, please take Foresight's preconception programme seriously. It really does work."

Hi there,

If you are able to tell me I would be very interested to know the mineral and vitamin supplement levels that they recommend?

I have been following Patrick Holford's advice on this but would love to see what Foresight recommend and they don't show this on their website?

Many thanks,

Hi there.
It was 11yrs ago now and my foresight practitioner was also my homeopathist so i was getting treatment via that also. She gave me a preconception multi vitamin by foresight and told me about how good they were etc....we were both astounded i fell pregnant so quickly. I have been veggie since i was 17 and very much into whole foods and nutrition so it was decided that i was not lacking in anything. She also recommended that i take star flower oil which supposedly primes your reproductive organs for conception. Hope that helps.
Good luck maybe you should give them a ring for further advice they are a charity after all and are not after wads of money....when i am qualified (studying bsc (hons) in homeopathy i am going to apply to become a practitioner.

Have you seen the stats they have when they carried out a study on 367 couples some having problems to conceive ....it is very impressive heres the link http://www.foresight-preconception.org. ... oguide.htm

Further down on the leaflet it includes the amounts of vitamins and minerals in their supplements.

Thanks for that. :)

Seems quite vague still as they vary it depending on the person but very useful. Think my levels are failry similar but will review them. :)

xx
