Were your pregnancies any different?

I have two girls, and pregnant with third baby - 2 weeks until we find out the gender!

I'd say my two previous pregnancies were very similar - nausea (but no vomiting) up until about sixteen weeks, and I craved sweets, especially fruit pastilles! I lost weight in both pregnancies.

This time, I feel like I've put on weight everywhere (although not weighed myself), no nausea and no cravings yet.

Just thought I'd pop on here. So not exactly what you're asking but I have two girls and my pregnancies couldn't have been more different. Was convinced I was having a boy the 2nd time around because it was the complete opposite. With my 1st I had a little nausea, few cravings etc. With my 2nd I was so ill with nausea/sickness well over the 2nd trimester , no cravings, bleeding, hives etc. Polar opposites.

So I dont think you can really tell by the pregnancy tbh xx

Yes, and no.

I had 3 boys first, very very similar pregnancies except hyperemesis all the way through with my 1st. I had same cravings etc. My skin was amazing. Felt great once sickness passed.

Then I had a girl and her pregnancy was totally different! Different cravings and my skin was a mess. Loads of food aversions. No sickness before 14 weeks and then sick every day until full term.

Then I had another girl but her pregnancy was similar to my boy ones. Except for the awful skin again! Again loads of food aversions but the sickness was similar to boys.

This time I don't know what sex baby is, I think at the moment boy but I guess it could go either way. My skin is clear but I don't really have any cravings this time.

Had HG with my girl and was in hosp twice. 18 weeks with a boy now and sickness was awful at the start but controlled with meds so no hosp trips but my daughter i was off the meds by now whereas this time I still need them.
Skin has been terrible with both lol super spotty . Off sweet foods with both! Felt faint with both lol.not sure there has been much difference so far apart from the severity of the sickness early on. Boys are meant to be easier to carry so will see haha hips and legs and pelvis hurting already so doubting it but never know haha. Xx

Congratulations! My pregnancies with both a boy and a girl have been very similar.
