foot massage

I'm waiting for a call from my husband who is trying to book me in for a foot massage... apparently they can tell you if your baby is on the way in the next day or so! or if your body isn't ready and your going to go over... i think it has something to do with pressure points. They can tell you the condition of your lungs, kindneys etc... better get upstairs and give them a good scrubbing.... A friend had it done and she was told she would start contractions within the next 24 hours and she did...

i'll let you know how i get on... i'm not paying if she says i'm going over 2 weeks...

I had reflexology to try and get things started for me, ended up having three sessions.. it didn't induce labour but was very relaxing. Enjoy!!!

They couldn't see me today but i'm booked in for 12 tomorrow. The lady said she couldn't kick start my labour - which i knew! but it would release a lot of tension and anxiety and in the long run maybe help my body speed up... she said telling myself every day "this baby isn't going to come" is adding tension and preventing my body from working naturally... it'll also help with the water rention... god i'm looking forward to it now!

bloody hell it hurt.. thought it would be relaxing... felt like she was cutting thou the skin.. she said it would hurt the parts of my body it related to where I have a problem/fault etc.. I must be a walking problem because every part hurt... she did say thou that all the problems i have relate to my pregnancy... my neck and shoulders are stiff, my stomach is squashed, my knees are sore, etc..... i ended up limping out. But i did sleep last nite.... probably due to the fact is was COOL.... well i have one more day to go... i've had a very very hot curry friday nite (it was that hot i was getting annoyed with the curry as i was eating it) i had a gin last nite.. went for a walk... was going for some bedroom activity but didn't have the energy... baby has slowed down a little thou... was moving loads but yesterday and today it seems to be small kicks every now and again... I WANT THIS BABY OUT....
