Pretty rubbish at this too as I'm a fussy eater!
For breakfast I'm having raisin wheats or weetabix, and tea I'm having chilli, curry, chicken and potatoes, pasta etc and trying to have beg. The issue is lunch, I've tried pasta, salads, sandwiches but I'm usually feeling really nauseaos so struggle! I've been taking 3 pieces of fruit in and some sliced carrots and cucumber as they seek to be ok and then crisps! I know crisps aren't good but I can stomach them!
