What are you eating or food plans 🤷🏻*♀️

I am absolutely rubbish at eating well or sticking to a plan when it comes to food! Im just trying to add more fruit and veg into everything I eat, so for breakfast I have a seedy bagel and then an apple, then lunch I have pasta and some grapes and then dinner I try and have at least two bits of veg so I had a chilli last night and I just chucked some carrot, peppers and celery in it, you couldn’t taste it but at least there was veg in it!

I’m struggling snack wise as I’m not a big snacker yet I’m getting hungry in between meals now!
 
Pretty rubbish at this too as I'm a fussy eater!
For breakfast I'm having raisin wheats or weetabix, and tea I'm having chilli, curry, chicken and potatoes, pasta etc and trying to have beg. The issue is lunch, I've tried pasta, salads, sandwiches but I'm usually feeling really nauseaos so struggle! I've been taking 3 pieces of fruit in and some sliced carrots and cucumber as they seek to be ok and then crisps! I know crisps aren't good but I can stomach them!
 
I’ve just brought myself a thermost to have hot soup at lunch, so that will help with the veggies! Thing is I think it’s more important to fill yourself up especially if you’re feeling sick so if crisps are all you can stomach then that’s what you’ve gotta have!
 
I’m really glad you started this thread as I’m super struggling. Even if I feel a tiny bit hungry it makes me feel so so sick... so then I fill myself up on junk because that’s all I can stomach. Crisps and anything sweet...but normal food makes me feel awful :(

I'm trying to have more vegetables and fruit .. mostly bananas ��


But I keep wanting chicken wrap and chips �� Which is not like me.

I'm snacking on brazilnuts daily and dates.. but I really want a snickers bar ��

If I'm feeling sick anything orange really helps so I'm eating loads of Clemetines as snacks!
