Food for placenta.

Hi guys...

Any ideas on what foods would be good to enrich placental growth etc? Having had pre-eclampsia once I am anxious to get this placenta up and running at maximum efficiency! I can't seem to find anything on the web beyond references to Tom Cruise's vow to eat the placenta of his next child...

I have actually made an appointment with a nutritionist on the doctor's advice. She gave me the number when I asked for advice on how not to gain too much weight... I am overweight as it is.

So I'll ask her!
