Folic acid

    Probably should already know this and already be taking them,but how much folic acid should I take daily?
    Just got bfp and bought some folic acid tablets taken 1, they say 400g is 1 enough?

    They say 400mg a day so 1 a day so that is fine. I'm taking the seven seas ones which also contain iron and vitamin D

    Yup 400mg is perfect.. I take the Pregnacare multivits which include it, they're not totally necessary but I like the reassurance that i'm getting the recommended levels of everything, and due to nausea my diet in the first 7 weeks was realy embarrassingly awful so I at least knew I had those to back me up!

    Pregnacare with omega have been great for us. My hair and nails are stronger and healthier than ever!

    Yes I'm going to go and get some pregnacare today. That's what I took last
    Time and was great hair skin and nails were lovely.
