Im not sure if thats what i have i may just have a cold but it was just a question wether i am allowed to have lemsip or sudafed? It says to consult my doctor but i need something now cause i am so bunged up and my throat feels as if i am swallowing razor blades constantly . Also have a headache and am aching all over. Its horrible.

I am afraid u can't take either. Try steam inhalation for ur blocked nose and paracetomal on its own x hope u feel better soon

Unfortunately not we're not allowed any decongestants. The best thing to take is plain paracetamol and honey and lemon drink or hot squash. Defo try the steam thing MrsMc suggested too. Hope you feel better soon x x

Thanks guys. Ive been drinking hot lemon squash so i guess ill carry on with that lol. X
