flat feet

Tia has flat feet ... she has had what we thought was Athletes foot, but it has been impossible to shift, she now has steroids to clear up the problem she has got... but its apparently being made worse because her feet are flat and her heels roll inwards... poor thing always has something wrong with her... we get one thing sorted out then another thing comes along...

Hope the steriods work.
Can she not get shaped insoles to help with her foot shape? My friend used to wear them - they have a bump where the arch should be that is meant to help raise that part of the foot up.

Bless her, i have had flat feet all my life and i have to wear insoles in my trainers and shoes to help build the arch back up. ( only thing is i never wore them from being about 10 till this day) i was scared of getting picked on by having funny things in my shoes and it is something that i will regret forever now, as after the baby i have to go back and get it sorted asap as they are becoming severly flat.

Hope she gets them sorted soon, iflat feet are quite common and easily treated.
