Flaming Huge and no motivation

Ok since having A I really want to lose weight I put on a stone and a half and feel yack but I can't do it. I go on WW for about 2 weeks then I binge and by binge I mean I eat about 3/4 bars of choccie or I go mad for pastries and am back to square one.I feel yack doing it but can't seem to get past it. I feel down about the house and mess it is and how I am the only one that seems to be bothered by it.
I CBA going for walks as its so hilly by us and hubby doesn't help as he always wants "treats" as he is so stressed at work he can't even think of food but I feel embarrased by my size I hate my huge flap of skin that goes from my bust to my belly and have to go back to work in sept and am still big! I only just get in my work pants which are a 16 and hung off me before I got pregnant I just don't know how to get my OH to help and motivate me.

It's hard to do if your OH isnt fully on board.
I've managed to lose quite a lot of weight over the last few months and the major thing that I did was to get rid of all the naughty things to eat in the house and just didnt buy any. Then every time I felt peckish I made myself have a drink first ( a lot if the time you think you're hungry you can often just be thirsty) and then a bit of fruit and then if I still felt hungry then I would have a cereal bar. Also I got out of the house for a walk every day - it doesnt have to be a long one but just getting out in the fresh air will make you feel better and so less likely to want comfort food.
For me the main thing really has been not having the bad foods in the house, easy when DH wasnt here but you will have to get your OH on side with that one.
Good luck, you really can do it I promise, its taken a while but I now dont really want the sweet stuff.
 
TY its savoury stuff letting me down I always want an Indian or a pizza and can never get inspiration for nice healthy meals at night. when oh was away for 4 days I lost 3lbs so I know I can do it but I just have no will power :-(
 
Hi I was the same afte having my little girl and started ww but it just work for me I end up being too hungry and then getting takeaways and chocolate! I started sw three weeks ago and i have lost 7lb and honestly I don't feel like I'm dieting at all it's really very good and now I'm feeling really motivated to loose my baby weight and hopefully the weight I gained after meeting meeting hubby!!
 
aw hun i know exactly how you feel. we have a thread going in the girlies room lots of us have started dieting why dont you pop in and say hi. they are a great bunch and we help each other stay motivated. I was like you and loved my savory food, i snacked all day it was more of a comfort thing with me but i just couldnt seem to motivate myself. I finally decided a few weeks back i had enough and went on the slim fast diet plan. My start weight was 14st 03lbs and on my weigh in this morning im down to 12st 5lbs. you can do it i promise all us girls will help keep you going. xxxxxx
