Fit to burst...

Hi ladies
I don't know what is different today but my belly is soooo stretched and tight and hard I seriously feel fit to burst
My breathing feels a little tight today not sure if baby is maybe having a bit of a growth spurt or not
Any advice on trying to relax your body against this pressure : ( x
 
Ah bless you, I feel like I cant possibly stretch any further and then my bump grows a little further. In yoga we do alot of upward stretching, try one arm over your head to the side hold it for a little while then go over the to otherside. Its better if you do this whilst seated so you dont put too much pressure on your low back and dont over stretch either, you shouldnt feel any pulling or biting, if you do, ease off a little.

Doing this a few times a day will really help open up your rib cage and help you to feel like you can breath again until LO drops into your pelvis.
