Hi there. Looking for any advice! I have just started my period after just being iff the pill. I ovulated and now i am on 9 days past ovulation. I know this would be deemed a short luteal phase but does it take your body time to adjust after being on the pill?
First period after pill - advice please!

It can take a while for your body to get back to ‘normal’ hun x
So maybe give it 3 months of so? I have to admit it has been better this time round than when i first went off it as my periods were everywhere but that was a while ago and i was heavily stressed to the max!

Tbh hun I don’t even think my cycles have even gone back to normal yet. I came off the pill at the end of April. Of course everyone is different. Wish you all the luck x
