I have my first midwife appointment tomorrow, is there anything I should expect?

I'm nervous and just don't know what to expect. Any advice?

Is this the one at your GP's or your hospital? they can include quite different things.

Either way it's a chance to book you in for your antenatal care and refer you to your chosen place to give birth.
Nothing to be nervous about, just lots and lots of questions and paperwork filling out. your health, your partners..family..etc
Some ask for a little urine sample while others don't at this stage, and some take initial bloods (your hospital will)
The whole appointment will take about 40 mins to an hour.

Don't be nervous :) step 1 in your pregnancy journey Xx

Hospital, just didn't know what kind of things they will go over and/or do during this appointment. I'm hoping it's all positive it just worries me is all. Thanks for your response :)

Don't be nervous, I'm sure it's nothing to be worried about. Probably mainly just getting to know each other and basics like that. :) Let us know how it goes. :)
