First day back at work

I thought I would not survive until the end of the day, we do work from 8:30 to 6, it's a long day. The fact I am in recruitment means its non-stop.

I felt sick pretty much all day long, gulping water all the time and then going to the loo. Still feeling

Had to tell my boss why I was off and he was great though, no probs with me taking time for appointments etc.
