First birthday party

Im helping my sister organise my nephews first birthday party in 3 weeks. There is going to be about 5 under ones, a few older kids and lots of mums. I was thinking about putting a big quilt out on the floor with inflatable toys, teddies and other soft toys for the babies. Also geting some blowing bubbles, music.

I dont know what to do to include the older kids, maybe some dvds?

Also im not sure what food to put out for the babies.

Any other ideas? And advice?

Hi, my sis had my nieces first birthday on saturday and it was fab....it was in a social club so she filled the dance floor with a few ball ponds borrowed from friends, a tunnel for crawling and lots of toys and balloons. She had a cd player with lots of music, and the food was a selectn of finger foods, sandwiches, sausages, cheese, small cakes, bags of crisps, etc etc.

She laid out big beach towels on the floor and the kids all sat round having a little picnics on them!!

It was great fun seing them all enjoy thmselves so much!
