FINGER FOOD HELP NEEDED

What finger foods can I try with Alfie and what size do you give them ?
Can't remember at all, and if you give veg do you steam it alittle, bit worried as he has 2 bottom teeth I don't want him biting off chunks and choking! I know he'll love to feed himself as he puts everything in his mouth would be nice to see him put somethinmg in there thats good for him

At the nurser i work the children get steamed carrot sticks, cucumber sticks etc to chew on just make sure you are always watching to be on the safe side..
