Finally had my scan...

Finally got to see bubs this morning after the disappointment of the hospital cancelling our scan last week!

Well we are both thrilled and happy to report that all is looking good and normal with bubs. He/she was kicking around and jumping like mad! The best part was seeing a real big YAWN!

We're not able to find out the gender until our private scan but we forgot all about that anyway as it's thrilling just to see the baby moving about! I also found out my placenta is at that front, and so I asked the sonographer if that cushions the kicks and she said NO, that was a myth lol, but being at the front meant that it is good for natural delivery, whatever that means lol

Hooray! You finally got your scan! I did think of you this morning but this week has been such a nightmare I didn't get a chance to speak to anyone online!

gr8 pics, love the profile one with the hand, its so clear.

My last preg my placenta was at the front and it did cushion the kicks to a degree, i felt them later than normal and not as strong, felt most of the time like a thudding in my bum
