I rang the antenatal unit at the hospital today and finally got a phone call off my midwife 
Can't tell you how releived I am. Apprently we'd just kept missing each other.
Anyway..... I can't have my booking in appointment next week because I'm on holiday and the following week the MW is on holiday so I've got my booking in appointment made for 10th April at 2pm..
I'll be 12 weeks to the day on that date too which she says is fine. she's given some emergency numbers to use as contact numbers if I need anything so I feel a bit more relaxed about it all now. She's says she's happy to not see me until 12 weeks because I already have my scan booked for 16th april so she's not got to do that.
Just feel so happy now..
