hi looking for advice from anyone whos spoken to perhaps a doctor or ivf clinic etc...

what foods do they recommend to you ? and / or supplements as well ? and why ?

looking to better diet so needing any advice for both the women and the man! :)

Oily fish - salmon, mackerel
Veg - asparagus, broccoli, spinach, avocado

Leafy greens/smelly veg!!! Pomegranate, beetroot,..... Basically there’s loads of ‘good’ foods for fertility but you really need to cut back on sugary foods (not natural sugars) and avoid processed foods. Try to have a well balanced diet and cook from scratch a lot. Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol and caffiene as much as you can. The IVF diet by Zita West is a good guide. Even if you’re not considering ivf at this stage, it’s a good guide for a fertility diet in general x

Lots of protein for egg health and brazil nuts are really good for sperm.

taking vitamin D supplements, if you have any deficiency
