Feels like my left hips coming out?

Had this on and off for ages now but seems to be getting worse feels like someone is pulling my leg out of its socket and the pain is in my lower back and butt check and pulls when I wall even hurts to sit until it eases

Anyone else had this? Am I just getting normal pregnancy crap or is it that SPD? since its mainly in my left had it in both once or twice. Hate having to walk far as I feel like a old women when I get home.

Sorry to say it does sound a bit like SPD! Get in touch with midwife - they may refer you to phsyio to get a support which may help a bit or at least help to stop ot getting too much worse. It sounds similar to what I have and I got a diagnosis of SPD and a tubigrip thing to wear on my bump. It helps a little bit - downside is I feel like I need to pee all the time when i'm wearing it!!

Def sounds like spd...I've just started sufferin and thought I'd pulled my leg out of my hip the other night! Mine gets worse throughout the day xx

Oh man yeah it's prob SPD, I am pretty sure I have it too but refuse to tell midwife about it lol I just want to be easy and not have issues! I get that in my left hip, it's savage. X

yeah I had midwife yesterday and told her she said look up the waist thingys said not much point in gettig doctor to refer me to physio as they don't do much about it in my area said take pills when its bad and if its gets to the point where I can't walk or anything then ask doctor for stronger painkillers :S

I guess the only way of looking at it is there's only a few more weeks of pregnancy to go...then it should be all better! X
