:wall2: I ma literally banging my head against a brick wall

No AF shown up and been getting BFN's. I would usually put the no AF down to one of my bodies odd cycles but my boobs have been so sore for a couple of weeks which is highly unusual for me in terms of AF signs.

I have been pregnant before 5 years ago and only got BFP at 7 weeks which was faint. My only signs then were achy boobs. I did later go on to mc so that might be why the BFP was faint but then maybe I am just one of those late BFPers I here it can happen.

I guess I'm kinda thinking out loud just trying to rant a little. Why is it never simple??

Off to see doc anyway next week so I guess if AF hasn't shown up I shall mention it then cause I shall be almost 2 weeks late

Sorry....rant over

o my goodness im so glad someone else is in same predicament as me! I am on CD 48 today....no sign on af arriving. last 2 cycles have been 36 and 37 days long. last hpt i did was a week or 2 ago and bfn...so i wondered if i was one of the 3% of women who dont show on a hpt straight away so im gonna test again on saturday morning, as i was convinced we'd caught this cycle as BD'd at exactly the right times and more!

last couple of days boobs have *ahem grown* quite a bit, lots of cm, and twinges on left hand side of abdomen.

mum usually doesnt build her or my hopes up but even she is wondering now as its gone on so long.
I saw dr last week but she just said its prob my cycles sorting themselves out after coming off pill in july, but my cycles seemed to sort out straight away so why would they decide to mess up now.

anyway hun totally know where ur coming from xxx

Thanks Bellarina, it certainly helps knowing there's other ladies on here going through the same thing. I guess all we can do is keep everything crossed

I don't know what to expect from the doc next week as its a doc I've never seen before probably send me packing with no answers. My amazing doc who specialised in woman's health has only gone and left the surgery (typical)

id never seen my gp before either, asi only registered at this drs beginning of the year and only been once this yr and saw a blokey. i felt a bit frustrated when i left as she sort of poo-pooed it all saying it can take between 6mths to a year to conceive and that my cycles wer prob adjusting to being off pill but i dunno, i feel in limbo x

Thanks! I have everything crossed too. Feeling better today that might have something to do with the fact that it's friday. :)

Gonna hold off on doing anymore tests till next week I think and just try to enjoy my weekend without thinking about it

yeh iv been good and not tested for a week xx

The only other thing you could do is see if your doc will do a blood test, worth trying but be prepared for them to say no.

It's gotta be the most frustrating thing especially if you feel like you're not being taken seriously.

I am off to the doc's tues so I will see what they say then. I hope they agree to a blood test. Not only are my boobs still really sore I now have some very prominent blue veins appearing. One even looked raised this morning.

On a happier note, my OH proposed last night so although still unsure about what my body is up to feeling sooo happy and loved up.

He knows how to pick his moments

Aww congratulations!! And fx,d for you. Sounding good to me. I had a double whammy in Sept whilst on hol, my oh proposed on the 15th, and I conceived a few days later!!

Thanks Ladies. Does make it easier to keep positive when there are other things to look forward to.

Just couldn't have a drink to celebrate last night just in case he he he
