Feeling Anxious

Hi
Just thought I'd post as I'm feeling really anxious today. I booked a private scan for Saturday as my first NHS scan won't be until I'm 14weeks. I thought that it would make me feel better and it did yesterday but today I've woken up feeling very anxious about it. I'll be 9+2 on Sat (I think) and am now fretting that I won't hear/see a heart beat. OH says he's excited and I commented that I hope everything is ok and he just shut me down and told me not to think like that.
I know that there isn't much I can do until Sat but it's such a worrying time. I feel like some days I'm very excited and others I don't want to be in case things don't go to plan....

Perhaps it's just the hormones making me overreact a bit

i know exactly where ur coming from Tri1 i think is the hardest part but at 9+2 they should deffo hear a heartbeat hun and i am sure everything will be just fine. good luck for saturday xxx

I know how u feel, I feel like I can't get excited until iv had my 1st scan. Hope it goes well for u!xx

i feel the exact same way, got 6 days til my scan. might be able to actually get excited then
