Feel so much more relaxed

Jack has been sleeping from 11-6 since about 9 weeks, but for the last 2 weeks he has been put to bed at 8pm in his own room and then not waking til 7.30 am!!
It is so much more relaxing now i know i can just put him to bed and not have the worry of "if he wakes up"

Me and Andy can go to bed early if need be and just sleep!!



I used to be a nervous wreck incase i never heard him wake up so i would never sleep.

Rubie has the same bed time and wake time!! YAY for Jack and Rubie

Apart from Rubie likes to wake at 4am now, just to get me up and put her dummy in - little madam!!

Rubie doesn't like being picked up/cuddled, so she doesn't wake me unless she needs something.

Generally if he winges, i don't go in until he really cries.
I don't pick him up or speak to him i just put his dummy in a walk out.
