Hi after finding the last two cycles ttc quite stressful (probably due to coming off anti depressents so we could ttc).

This month I've taken relaxed approach, I'm not temping, I'm not symptom spotting, I'm not checking cm now...I'm not even sure I ovulated.

Feel so much happier for it, I've decided a happy family life and my mental health has to come before ttc.

I know some of you have real struggles ttc and opk testing, temping etc... is a way of life for you. I take my hat off to you all, I don't know how you do it. 2 cycles was enough for me.

I will do a pregnancy test if my AF is late and not a day sooner.

Hope to you all get your BFP' s , fingers crossed for you all.

X

Hey Jools I like your thinking ! I think I may take the relavws approach to! I don't tjink I've ovulated either or I may not even ovulate following my miscarrige, but doing opk tests everyday was depressing when they showed a negative! It was almost like the feeling of seeing a negative pregnancy test!

I'm trying my hardest to not stress and not think about IT! It's hard coming on here though as it makes me think/talk about it more ahhhhh!!! Xxx

Good luck to you too xxx

This is a good outlook and one I need to adopt! Been doing the ov kits and all that since August. Had enough of it. Xx

Joolz

I'm doing exactly the same. Reducing the stress as priority.

Because of stress my cycles have become longer byI will h3 days and AF takes longer to start and finish.

Next month I'm not tracking ovulation, no cm analysing, no counting ovulation days, no DPOs counting,
no symptom checking or googling every symptom and most important Iam not testing even if AF is late.

No prenatal vitamins or supplements. All going into the box tonight and will be put into the storage.

The only thing I will keep is conceive plus lubricant as I don't KY. x

Well done Joolz, I really hope you're still managing to stay relaxed and it's doing you good. I've got to say that the first month I thought f*#k it to it all and started to focus on me and my current life again I got my bfp, so although it can be scary to not temp, opk etc because of feeling like you might not be doing everything you can I think being relaxed is actually doing much more to make your body the attractive environment for baby to be xx

I wish i had the will power to take a relaxed approach as you have Joolz. I am currently in the 2ww stage and not feeling very optimistic.

Hi Yeh I'm ok and still relaxed. We're not ttc anymore we have just said if it happens great but it it doesn't I have two children already and I'm thankful for that.

Hope you are all doing ok x
