feel so dizzy and panicky

im sure im gonna faint! currently have a chest infection but the last few days feel so anxious about being pregnant our house move evrything is getting on top and i keep getting to the stage where my breathings going funny and feel like im gonna pass out :'( soooooo panicky! any one else getting like this and what helps? xxxx
