    hi girls

anyone here been getting dizzy spells?

I have been getting them for a few days now, havent really paid much attention to them tho.

they are not when i stand up or anything, i could get them at any time, walking, sitting down, standing.

yesterday i traveld to Slough from wales to see my family, we was there all day so on the way home i was very tired, i was going very dizzy in the car so i asked my OH to stop so i could get something to eat.

as i walked in to the services shop, the woman at teh counter came right over to me and asked if i needed to sit down, i asked why, and she said i looked like i was going to pass out, i knew i felt funny but didnt think i looked that bad! lol

I had a hot choccy drink and was right as rain again after, it was so strange!

anyways, im rambling lol, just wonderd if any of you have had the same

    xxx

    Hiya Layla

It could be that your body was lacking in the amount of sugar it needs.

    Hi,

I haven't recently but my midwife was surprised that I hadn't as my blood pressure is very low so it could be that that's making you dizzy (which is apparently no problem and quite common in pregnancy). When I have felt a bit funny something involving fruit seems to work quickly- like a real fruit smoothie or just a banana...?
