I had my little girl 10 days ago via ventouse so had a cut and some stitches as well as a bruise caused by the numbing injection drained after delivery. The stitches have been as expected but since yesterday I feel incredibly bruised, like somebody has kicked me in my foof. It hurts quite high up when I go to the loo (above the clitorous sorry tmi) but I had no stitches, or tears or anything that high. Is it normal and will it ease in a few days? X

I had this!!!!!! I still get it on and off now 5 weeks PP :( xx

oh yes.....i had this for weeks. sometimes i would just have to stand there and push on the 'area' to ease the pain. it's all to do with the pressure that has been put on the area and everything getting back to normal. it does last a while...x

Thanks, that's all reassuring! X

I get that pressure around that area too! I had a ventouse delivery & episiotomy on feb 8th. Feel like my stitches are healing nicely but still get the pressure, how long will it last?
X

Yup still get that from time to time.
Had ventrouse and tore and was cut.

About 2 weeks hun see your gp for some numbing cream if needed xx
