Hi ladies

I'm feel so silly right now and I've got a stupid question. Is there anyway taking a contraceptive pill could alter the results of a pregnancy test?
I highly doubt I'm pregnant. I've recently started taking a mini pill and having some pregnancy symptoms which I know are probably just the effects of taking the pill, nausea, moodiness and tbh I wouldn't have considered pregnancy until yesterday when I nearly fainted twice at different points in the day. I had this when pregnant with my daughter.

I know very little about the pill so just wanted to check it won't cause an inacurate result? I did have two weeks where oh pulled out before I started taking the pill and again I doubt I'm pregnant but just going to test to be safe before I get smashed at my best friends wedding next weekend

No being on the pill won't give you a false positive if that's what you mean?

You can still get pregnant on the pill. Have you tested?
