someone has given my lady area a good kick with steel toe cap boots on, it's really really uncomfortable Only started a couple of days ago and assumed it would go away but has got worse today, anyone else got this?

I am indeed and still haven't recovered from the shock

Hope it isn't cause of that though as it can only get worse

Haven't done anything to bruise it either, I mostly feel it when walking about can't feel it when sitting or lying down. I suppose it's a good excuse not to walk about too much

I'm getting it just now had it later with my other two feels really brides but it's not lol that's why I thought oh could be because ...

Do some pelvic floor exersices helps it x

Thanks Becky, it's funny when people congratulate me or mention the twins and I instantly think who's having twins??? oh yeah me...... Think it will take time to sink in
