Faulty Digital thermometer not getting refund.

Bought one from my local pharmacy which was faulty, went back to get a refund was told I'd need to contact the company who makes these thermometers for a refund or get it exchanged. This company doesn't have a contact number only an address and post code. Doesn't make sense I bought it from the pharmacy not directly from the makers.

You should be able to return to store, call the company and ask them what you should do they might say the store made a mistake. x
