Just been looking on this website and found cables to attach your doppler to the pc or recording device. They were £3 so may be worth a go for your doppler

awwww darling thank you very much for that!! your a star, I will get one ordered now! thank you so much for thinking about me!! xx   im excited now! xxx

Your welcome. I was looking at the sleep cushions etc and in the section for 'people also bought' they had the doppler I have borrowed from a friend (the hi bebe bt200) and the cable was underneath. Made me think 'Oooooh thats what is wanted on forum' then had to rack my brain to make sure it was you and not someone else who also found heartbeat at the same time.

I heard my baby in antenatal last tuesday but havent been able to find him since. Must be hiding or thinks Im cheating listening when daddy's not here.

awwww bless ya bubs!! I let my sister listen for the first time today and she had tears in her eyes it was a really lovely moment for both of us so im soo pleased I got one! going to let my Mam and Dad hear next time I go up as well :) I managed to find mine straight away today :)

Can I ask where you are finding it? I still can't find mine, don't know if I'm looking in the right place

hiya hun, bubs is on my right side... sorta around the top of my hair line!

Best thing to do is put the gel on and work your way across you tummy very very slow with your doppler that's how I managed to find my bubs!! good luck xxx

I was told to start at your belly button and work down 'searching' until you reach your pubic bone. Im off to try and find mine again as its been hiding :(

I worked from my belly button downwards but in the area where they had the scanner in my scan. Baby hadnt moved far in 3 weeks.

Thanks for your help, I managed to find it this morning!!!YAY :cheer:

It was at the top of my pelvis, I had to dig in quite far.
Can't believe I found it. I could hear it moving about too!! :D

I'm so excited! After reading your posts I ordered an AngelSounds one off Amazon last week. The eBay ones I bid on kept going up higher than buying a new one off Amazon - I reckon you've got loads of people interested and now everyone's bidding against each other  !!! It was dispatched last Friday, so any day now...

Not getting my hopes up to hear anything straightaway as I think I'm 7-10 days or so behind where my m/w put me but would be lovely if I did hear something!

Someone put a review up saying that they thought it was a con and that the heartbeat must be pre-recorded as they put it on inanimate objects and could still hear it. Sounds crazy, please tell me that's not true... :(

dont worry its not true!! Lee kept saying to me that it was my heart beat but I could only hear it in one place, when I moved the doppler around I couldn't hear anything else!! lee has had it on his tummy as well ( i was making a point ) and he didnt have a heartbeat!!

I think your heart beat is approx once per second when resting (its easy to count) whilst the babies heartbeat is at least twice the speed of yours (i found it hard to count after 10 seconds)

Ive now got them both recorded on my mobile so will dig out the card reader and transfer them now.

I also tried to find Ians heartbeat but couldnt on his stomach, but it did work on his chest.

I had to press quite hard but was told to try with a full bladder before about 16 weeks (i think) as the baby is still quite low down and also use plenty of gel.
