its a herbal thingy ma jig.. that boosts ur milk... i started taking it when ellouise went thru a growth spurt as i felt my milk was taking a while to come in and it REALLY boosts ur supply... well worth gettin!

it also makes ur wee and milk smell sweet a bit like maple syrup hahah!

I take the solgar ones, really expensive but I havnt smelt sweet at all with these, apart from me wee did for two days and that was it.

Fenugreek helps up your milk supply Fi when bubba is going thru a growth spurt or even if you poorly as milk is affected then, its just a supllement and really does owrk for alot of people
So stock up hun before the bad times as it really does help
