extremely faint CONTROL LINE on an OPK

i know if there is no control line on an OPK it's invalid and if the test line isn't as dark as the control line it's a negative but what if there is no test line and the control line is there but is really really faint and you can just about see it when you get it in the right light..

what does that mean ?

not sure maybe it does not have a lot of dye in it?

What type of OPK is it?

it's a babymad one.. the ones tha gave me 2weeks worth of +OPK before i'd even OV.

haha. i think they're dodgy OPK's.. IDK why i did one.

however the confusion over this has given me that same kinda feeling that i've been stupid and need to wait until AF is late to actualy use an HPT now. so i am going to wait.

just wondering if this has happened to anyone else before or if they really are just dodgy OPK's.

I have the same OPK's, and I don't think they are great. The control line on mines is always quite a pale pink, and I got a second line the other night, which was quite faint. I wouldn't rely solely on these, as I'm not sure how reliable they are?
