As the title says really... looking for anyone who has had to give their LOs Piriton.... especially those under 6 months. I had to give Layla a shot of it earlier - doc gave it to me. I was informed that it would make her sleepy but it has litterally "knocked" her out. Is this normal? Should I be even more worried than I already am? God I'm a wreck tonight! Aaarrrggghhhh!!!!!!
Just to let you know aswell, the doc told us to give 2.5ml but we were then advised my the pharmacist to give between 1.5-2.5ml so I went with the happy medium of 2ml.
Sorry If I seem over worried etc. It's at times like these I really wish babies came with a manual and instructions!!!!
Any advice, or experiences you have had would be most welcome right now for a very worried Mummy
