exersize after baby

has anyone thought about what exersize they will be doing to loose baby weight and can anyone recommend a good sort.

im thinking of starting off back at the gym doing cardio x x ill also be back on my horse x x
 
i have a cross trainer so will do that as i have thro the pregnancy. Not sure on when i will be allowed to start tho.
 
My friend is going to take me to Zumba classes with her, I've always wanted to try it but a bit energetic for pregnancy I think lol.
Plus it'll be a nice break away from the baby one evening a week and will give my OH chance to bond and spend some time on his own with him/her :) xx

ive fancied trying zumba x i might try pole dancing to supposed to be great for your tummy muscles and a great laugh too.
 
I have always lifted weights so I will be getting back to those from about 3/4 weeks after the birth - other than that just walking hopefully building up to jogging again :)
 
I will just carry on as I do now, Im still mucking out and doing haynets, water buckets etc so wont really do anything different, I will also hope to ride again if thursday goes to plan :) Im really quite excited about going to see horse and its given me something to look forwards to, and on saturday its the opening meet so am going to go and follow in the trooper with a friend while her daughter takes her pony. Woopwoop 2 days out of the house in 1 week!
 
I done pole dancing for a few weeks and it was great. I felt worked out but not overly tired.

I think i might start that up again.

For when baby first arrives i plan on walking everywhere i need to be within a reasonable distance and when im feeling upto it and weather permitting i intend on jogging again, i jogged last year in the snow and it was horrible a work out itself was just walking to the shops it was that deep. I used to have a running machine but no longer have it so that option is out the window. I plan on swimming a couple of times and taking Crumpet to the mum and baby pool too.

How soon do you think i could start doing sit ups, i really want to try and tone my tummy asap, but all i can think about is what if i have a weak bladder and every sit up creates a leak :-/ TMI sorry ladies... the things i think about lol xx
 
I did pole dancing, only went the once tho as i found out i was pregnant after my first session! Was really fun and quite energetic - will be giving it a go again i think! My hubby is getting me a vibrogym for christmas so i'm planning on using that everyday - think u only need to do about 20mins a day to start seeing results - not sure how soon after the baby i will be able to use it though! Also want to go swimming but i always say that and never get around to it, especially in colder weather! xxx
 
for sit ups i think try them whenever and see how your body feels x

the vibrogym sounds fun but makes my teeth chatter lol

i was over weight before i was pregnant around a size 14, usually a 10 to 12, i havent put any weight on during pregnancy, think its giving up drinking!!! so im hoping im a lot lighter once ive had baby.

with my other 2 i lost a lot of weight after they were born naturaly but that was over 15 years ago x
 
I don't think I've actually put on any other weight other than water and baby weight so hopefully most of it all will all go once baby is here but exercise wise my horse will be coming back in from the field in February hopefully so we will both have to get fit for the show season anyway. I'm also hopefully going to carry on with the swimming, eat healthily and maybe run sometimes lol! Ive felt quite motivated from the start of the pregnancy to lose weight once baby has arrived so hopefully I'll manage to be a proper size 8 again lol and banish the love handles forever!
