I went to the gym this morning and I found it really really hard to keep my heart rate below 140! I did have a "sweat" attack and apparently when I have a sweat attack my heartrate is at 180...
I read about the 140 heart rate rule in here and was wondering, who has posted these guidelines ie. NHS?
