Hi guys

Does anyone know what form of exercise is ok when ttc?
Just incase something special happens? X

I carried on my normal gym routine (weights and cardio 5 times a week) and still do really, just knocked it down a notch once I got my BFP. When I look back I noticed around the time I conceived I got tired very quickly and felt a lot hotter than normal, which I thought was odd so had my suspicions but didn't want to get my hopes up until AF was due. Unless your doing some sort of extreme sports or really heavy weight training you should be fine carrying on as normal. They say fitness helps so your body is as healthy as it can be when ttc. Good luck xx

If you are normally active then you can keep up your normal routine but don't get out of breath or too hot or fatigued.

You breathing heavily means your body is lacking oxygen and fatigue is your body lacking energy and baby lacking either one of those things could be fatal.

If you aren't very active, i'd just stick to gentle swimming, walking and light weights :)

I was told not to run after ovulation as it wouldn't help with implantation but I still haven't had a BFP so I don't know how much of a difference that makes.

Yeah some exercise is good but keep it in moderation. It is actually supposed to benefit a pregnancy to keep active . Obviously don't go and thrash yourself lol x
