EXERCISE DIARY FOR ALL

Right girlies -
I am sick of being a chubby lazy blob and as I am doing the Chipping Norton Race for life in less than 2 months I need to get fit.

So - I though I would start a thread for all of us with fitness goals showing what we have done etc!

So join this thread if you want to do the PF fitness plan.
I am either gong walking for a hour or doing half an hour of dancing or aerobics in the house whilst doing chores.

Please don't let me do this by myself - post what your goal (s) is/are and we can keep everyone updated!

We can then keep a note (see below) of what everyone has done each day...
 
APRIL

Fri 27

MrsT = 1hr 45mins jogging / speedwalking
Jenna = 1hr cycling @ the gym


Sat 28

MrsT = very strenuous BD session! (time unknown!)

Sun 29

Jenna = 45mins cycling @ the gym
GGG = BD'd most of the day on and off!


Mon 30

Charlotte&Emily = 1hr 30mins walking

MAY

 
I'm with you!

I'm going jogging tonight and will try to go every day for 30-40 mins. I'm also doing 100 sit ups and lifting wieghts to work those bingo wings!

My goal is to be back to my normal size by the time Sam is four months old....... :cheer:

i will join, when baby has arrived though... not doing nothing to strenous (sp) just yet! :rotfl:

On friday i did an hour cycleing at the gym! :cheer:
 
i'll join :D
I cant do anything strenous (sp?) until after my 6week check on 10th

But i did a 1 hour 30minute walk today
 
good idea hun, walking is dead good exercise anyway!!

hmmm lets see.....

saturday I exercised my mind by playing the sims all day

But sunday, we BD'd almost all day (on and off lol) and im sure that counts as exercise :wink: :lol:

but ive told OH to buy me a side stepper for my birthday on sunday!
Im going to do 30mins a day to get rid of my jelly belly! lol
 
Yesterday I did 100 sit ups, ran up two flights of stairs 11 times (Sam had his injections and it took ages to settle him!) I jogged for 30 mins, and lifted some wieghts to work the arms :cheer: :cheer:
I've also got one of those vibrating belts which I'm using on my tum and bum for 20 mins a day........ :clap: :clap:
