Hi ladies,
I apologise in advance for a flurry of posts over the next few months; I haven't been on the forum for almost 3 years since my DD was born and as we approach the time we might have another child I am eagerly joining you again....
I came off the pill in March and this month we have started NTNP (although we don't get to DTD much with shifts as they are lol) but I have a question about EWCM.
When does it start roughly? I have had sore nipples for the past 3 days which I always thought was on or after ovulation but i have also been having cramping pains and then suddenly today there was actually a gush of EWCM into the toilet (as opposed to being in my knickers). I remember when I was off the pill and TTC 4 years ago that I never got much EWCM and could only really tell if i was fertile by my cervix position and the EWCM that was on my finger once i checked inside.
Any thoughts would be helpful.... just trying to naturally track my cycles for a few months and get to know the signs again.
xx
