Everything but the kitchen sink!

I honestly have been trying to do this for the past three weeks but been so busy at work! Now that's over I can concentrate on getting organise. DH put all the nursery furniture in place last night. The cotbed is flippin massive Can't wait to do nursery pics for you guys.

i've still not done my bag yet lol, (though baby's bag has been packed ages) i've got it wrote down that i need to start it at 34 weeks though! x

I did mine and baby's bags just after I turned 36 weeks
Midwife didn't ask if I had them ready at my 36 week appointment, but she did ask me yesterday at my 38 week appointment All ready now! xxx

That is one of the sweetest things I have heard in ages.. I think my OH would have just emptied my draws and bathroom cabinet without thinking about what we needed lol

I asked my OH tonight what he'd do and he said 'you printed a list off that forum and I've seen it knocking around so I'd just use that'

i wish my husband was like that! last time i was in hospital, i asked him to get me some bits from home as i had to stay in over night....this is what he packed..

an orange (i was nil by mouth)
tooth paste, (no tooth brush)
pyjama bottoms (but no top)
a bobble but (no hair brush)
The bottle of antibacterial handwash from the kitchen sink (instead of shower gel)
One of his Andy McNabb soldier book???!!
and a colouring book (which he thought was puzzle book)
no clothes, underwear or slippers....

but he did remember the baby wipes (i have a small obsession with baby wipes... have done for years)...

i literally cried laughing every time i took something out of the bag!!

maybe your husband could give some lessons to my husband pos?!

That is so lovely, i dont think my OH would have a clue where to start bless him. I even showed him where id moved the clean bedding to the other day for when im in hospital and he looked at me like id gone mad. I had to explain that what if my waters broke in bed or if i was in hospital any length of time etc..... plus the fact it might be nice for me to come home to fresh sheets
