Emmas Diary ....What a load of crap

Went to pick mines up today all excited that it would be filled with pregnancy hints and tips etc.

It was like the all the crap that falls out of a magazine inside a bag.
So dissapointed.

I also got a fruit bar and a sample sachet of Cocoa butter from palmers


Although the free sample of little black current sweet things were good

i quite liked mine- but then i had never heard of it before i got it so had no expectations!! plus i was a very clueless pregnant person in the beginning!! mind u i must admit it doesnt really go into much detail!!

I remember getting mine. It got rang through the till at being worth 20 quid then it did 20 quid discount. OH got all excited thinking wow it must be really good, then just like you chickadee we got a poxy few sachets of palmers oil/lotion stuff and a pack of yogurt covered things
It was so not worth the wait in the queue at Lloyds

gerb is it the same thing we are talking about. I got mine from LLoyds pharmacy. It didnt have anythig abot pregnancy in it just offers and leaflets

I thought it would be fab because like one of the others said it rang through as being worth £20 but it was actually a load of crap, wasn't worth the trip to the chemist! bounty packs are much better

i thought it was crap too- also its soo made up! funny how all the stuff happens to her text book- for example feeling the first kick at 19 weeks (or whatever it was) i just found it so annoying when i was pregnant-some of the other info in there was helpful but as for that stupid diary it got on my nips!! lol

i was right excited when i went to get mine, i got mine at Lloyds Pharmacy - OH and me were dead excited we opened it up outside the shop thinking it was going to be right good.....well it was full of crap! the blackcurrent sweets were nice, the bar was absolutely vile i nearly threw up and as for the peices of paper what you get inside a magazine...well..... they went straight in the bin!

I hated those little flake things! There were so sharp and bitter

Could have got more freebies from a consultation at Boots or Debenhams!

nickilubs - Its similar to the bounty pack, its a bag full of freebies (supposed to be)
mine was rubbish too, and the fruit bar was disguisting, i took one nibble and it made me feel sick, the rest was fed to the bin.

I havent got mine yet as i dont know where a Lloyds is lol but Im in no rush! I dont remember it ever being great!?
Even the Bounty packs have gone worse but at least you get something usefull lol!

I did get an Emma's diary from MW but havent been to get the stuff from Lloyds. Dont know any nearest ones and from the sounds of it isnt worth it so probably wont bother.

i certainly never queued up for it and i didn't get sweets- i seem to of missed that one but i won't worry about it!! xx

The pregnancy bounty packs are shit - but when you go into hospital you get some good stuff.
I had a lady come around and sign me up to bounty so i could claim all the freebie etc lol, got loads of wipes, bath stuff etc - was quite chuffed!

Oh i loved the first Bounty pack I got when I had Joseph!
