Emma's Diary Contact Issue

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem. I joined Emma's Diary & was sent out the wee voucher I need to get the first mum to be pack. The thing is, nowhere in N.Ireland seems to be signed up to this so I can't get the pack. I've tried on numerous occasions to email Emma's Diary using the contact form on their page but there is always some sort of problem with their site & the email doesn't go through. Has anyone else had this problem, or found a solution?
