Embarassing gas!

This is really embarassing but...
Has anyone else been suffering from gas? In the last few weeks I've been suffering really badly. I get a huge build up which feels quite uncomfortable and then they escape absolutely without my control!! Its fine if I have my toddler with me as I can blame him but it happened in a quiet bookstore the other day and I had to walk out, I was mortified!
I also trump so loud at night that I wake myself up!!! Euw!

I was getting that quite badly as well My DH kept looking at me and I'd say 'it's the baby' I now try not to eat too many 'windy' type foods but it seems to have turned into really bad heartburn now!!! cant win

Yep!! I spend most of my evenings standing in the hall watching TV through the gap in the door as I am such a windy miller!!

I have a bit of a problem with this, and can't fart!! I don't know why, it's just one of the things life I've never been able to manage - if I try I stop myself because I think I'm going to follow through
I let it build up for a while, and then have to go the loo just incase! As you can imagine I'm in the loo quite a lot these days!
I can't believe I've just posted that on a website, but what the heck eh?

I have the same problem constantly blowing when I was taking pregnacare I could clear a room (sorry tmi) I had to stop taking them I still fart but not as bad now but I tend to blame the dog as he is always letting rip.

I've had this for ages too, my belly bloats up like a balloon at work because I can't let it out!!!
I find I burp alot too, and not just polite lady burps but deep loud belly burps, these I find uncontrollable, even at work!!!!

yup, i'm a gassy burper me!! It really is so embarrassing but oh well...can't really be helped to be honest! I've been trying to cut down on fruits and just eat as much as i should...not more.

Hapens all the time! Burping and windypopping and sometimes REALLY loud I am just trying to make a joke out of it and not worry too much

Yes it happens to me too. In the early days I thought it was quite embarrassing but I think now my OH has just got used to it
