Ellis is in his cot!!!!

Hi Girls

I know a few of us have been talking about basket to cot moves!

Well i finally did it. Ellis is now in his cot in his own room.

HV told me it was too early and he was too little to move even though in told her i couldnt get the cot into my room!!! :evil

But i spoke to my mum how puts ellis in the front room next to her room when she has him cos he sleep talks!! hehe... and she made me feel better about it.

Oh I'm glad it went well for him and you!

It's abit nerve recking to do it the first time i think but once your used to it i think it's better for them.

Ahh well done Ellis.

You have to remember, lots of Mums put their babies in their own rooms from the start so don't take any notice of what the HV says.

You have to do what's right for you at the end of the day.

It's our turn tonight. Isaac is far too long for his moses basket now, he's going into his cot in his own room tonight. I would rather that he stayed with us until 6 months but we'll struggle to get the cot in our room and then there's the hassle of dismantling it....

Ah that is excellent, how did you feel?

Isabella is still in our room in her travel cot but we will move her very soon into her own room
