Electric toothbrushes..or anything vibrating!

Hiya

OK...Does nipple tweaking really work to bring on labour?

I know this sounds really daft but have just been vibrating my nipples with my ultrasonic toothbrush (yes it hurt and I used the non bristled side!) but there were definate stirrings in my bump...or do you think it's just revererbating through to him?

i've been nipple tweaking and getting a few spasm-y feelings - but nothing even vaguely contraction like. don't think trog wants to emerge any time soon...

when i was in labour with my first the midwife told me to twiddle my nipples to increase the contractions!!!

needless to say i was too preoccupied with the pain to oblige, so i told my fella to do it instead!!!

so yeah, i guess it should help get things going!

yeah it makes ur bosy release the labour hormones. i have to do it, ive been ordered by my MW.. when ever im getting strong BH to get the pump out quick.....

I don't know about toothbrushes bringing on labour
But I do know that my LO got very lively and kicky when I was at the dentist with my tooth being drilled so maybe he just likes the vibrations.
