Hi I'm wondering if anyone has any help or advise, i was sterilised 3 years ago but now really really regret it, iv been looking into possible ivf but as we all know its very very expensive then was told about egg sharing scheme, does anyone have any info on this? i would love to be able to help others conceive. Even if i don't end up going ahead because of cost etc id still love to donate my eggs x

Have a search online and find your nearest fertility clinic. Just give them a call and I am sure they would be more than happy to discuss it all with you.

So many people need donor eggs and a lot of places have waiting lists. It's not an easy procedure (I donated eggs for my sisters IVF last year but it was unsuccessful) but honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. For me, the hormonal ups and downs was the worst part. The physical stuff was fine.

Best of luck hun, it's a lovely thing for you to consider.

I'm quite interested in this in case we need donor eggs. How did you get on?

I think it's a lovely thing to do. I would be very happy to donate my own as we have been struggling ourselves, but don't think they would let us as I have epilepsy. Still, I might discuss it at an appointment just to see. I also think some places reduce the cost of IVF if you do donate so it is definitely worth looking into (I get one go on the NHS so will definitely mention it if we are unsuccessful!) Xx

explore Internet, there are quite a lot of clinics (e.g. Poland (Warsaw/Gdansk)-one of the highest success rate in Europe, experienced with international patients, Bialystok-another one)Czech Rep where you have high quality ivf programme/ivf pgd programme/ivf pgd ngs programme but at lower cost. Cheap flights are available, living cost is very low in that coutries. Or at least ask clinics for info.

Our local clinic does it too! We are on the waiting list!
