Bought a Hauck changing bag from ebay and the stitching on the strap has undone itself. Phoned online ebay shop who said they don' cover that as I must of overloaded it. Told them I hadn't and there was no warnings with bag about maximum weight. I've only used the blinking thing for 6 weeks. Because they won't replace the strap I've contacted trading standards who told me I'm definitely entitled to it being repaired or replaced under the goods act of 1979. The rude woman on the phone can shove that in her pipe and smoke it.
