Earthquake in Kent this morning!!

OMG turn sky news on,

This morning a earthquake hit kent. OMG i cant beleive it i am only 30 mins away. Due to go kent tommorrow

I know ive been watching as my hometown is in SE Kent and I have a lot of friends and family down there.

It was a very shallow quake so nothing too serious

good old margate, though I lived in margate, ramsgate, broadstairs, westgate and the surrounding villages at some point lol, i always moved around a lot until I moved to wales and met my OH

Hev hope you are ok?

Most of my dad's family live in folkstone and ashford my dads from dover

I heard on the news that cos some of the houses are quite old in folkstone they aren't gonna let the people back into there homes

were fine we were pretty lucky a street away from us most of the houses need alot of work

theres so many houses needing alot of structial(sp?) work now even the people above us have a massive crack in there bedroom ceiling

when it happened it started with a rumble the it was a big shake! scared the life out of me

it dont happen again (its been said theres a chance it could )
