Early Scan?

I keep getting pains on both sides of my ovaries at different times, the doctor said it isn't anything to worry about because I get them on both sides. The pains are letting less frequent and don't really hurt - more a discomfort to a mild cramp

I have my first meeting with my midwife on Tuesday. Would it be a good idea to ask her for an early scan to check everything is okay?

If ur worried, ask for one and see if she refers u. The worst case scenario is that she says no x

I think the pains in ovaries are only of concern if it's on one side and it's excruciating as that might indicate an ectopic pregnancy.

But it's worth checking with your midwife and seeing if she can suggest or do anything to allay your worries

Hopefully the pains will go away soon xx
