Early AF......why?? Plus some weirdness

I went on the pill at 15, before that I had regular 28/29 day cycles. I had hoped that I would have similar cycles now, but it seems not. On a 2 day cycle, AF should have showed up on the 2nd August, but she arrived last friday!!!(27 july).
It started very slowly, just spotting on thursday (tbh, I was hoping it was an impantation bleed as it looked just like the one I had last time), then full red on friday. It hurts like hell, but isn't actually 'flowing' like normal. Its coming away, but seems to sit just inside me, I can feel it there and have to 'push' it out. I have had no blood on my pad at all yet!!!
Any ideas whats going on?

Maybe your body is still healing. I hope it gets back to normal next month. If not go to your GP or OB/GYN or whoever. I waited a year after my m/c to see someone about how irregular I became when it probably could have been sorted out sooner.

But like I said... maybe your body is just getting readjusted.
